I've added this bracelet to my Etsy Shop.
It takes me a long time at the moment to make something, take the pictures and list it on Etsy. I'm sure I will get faster but this one took about two hours (with distractions).
With this one I threaded all the beads on twice before I worked out the pattern of beads that would give the length I wanted.
Once it was made, I photographed it, put the photos on my laptop then cropped them so as much of the bracelet detail can be seen as possible.
After this, I picked my favourite photos out of the 14 I took then listed the bracelet on Etsy and now I've remembered I was going to write a comment about offering a different clasp if someone wanted it bigger. I have a nice sloping heart toggle clasp.
Once it's listed on Etsy I then Tweet using an option that automatically comes up once the listing is published. I figure it can't do any harm and might reach a few more potential buyers.
Last bit is to write here on my blog since the stats suggest about a hundred people read it. I've no idea who you are but I hope you find it interesting.
Taking the photos is very satisfying and helps me to see the beads in a whole new light. The close up was particularly interesting because it enabled me to see more detail in these beads than I'd noticed before. I'm very pleased with them and need to start writing what colours I mix together incase I, or a potential buyer, would like to replicate the look.
It can be found in my Etsy Shop here.
